Clarity Homecare is a franchised network of companies that are independently owned and managed under licence using the Clarity Homecare brand.
The Franchise Support Office has no direct management of the day to day operations of these limited companies. Any initial contact regarding a care package, any grievance, complaint or positive feedback will need to be directed to your local Clarity Homecare office in the first instance.
If you are still dissatisfied with the response you received, please submit in writing, full details about the matter to firstname.lastname@example.org. In such instances, we can act as an intermediary between yourself and the relevant Clarity Homecare office.
