About us

At Clarity Homecare we have an ever-growing network of offices throughout the UK. Each office delivers high quality care services in the familiar and comfortable surroundings of our customer’s own homes who are either privately funded, referred on behalf of Local Authorities or from the NHS.

Our senior management team have been working in care for over 26 years and have developed safe, stringent and robust policies and procedures to deliver large volumes of care across huge areas of the UK, safely, effectively and with quality care at their core.

Meet the Team

Sibu has over 12 years’ experience of working in care and started in 2008 as a Home Care Support worker for Bury Adult Care Services. During this period, she gained experience, skills and knowledge working with various customer groups within adult care services.

From 2011 she worked in Reablement Support and, during this time, Sibu completed a degree (BSc) in Health & Social Care from University of Bolton. Soon after completing her degree, she was seconded to become a Social Care Officer where she supported the community by undertaking adult care assessments, carers assessments, completing support plans, commissioning care packages and setting up personal budgets. In 2017, Sibu returned to Reablement to take up a role as Coordinator where she managed a team of support workers.

In 2018 she went back to work as Social Care Officer before deciding to join Clarity Homecare to continue making a difference to the community as well as utilising her skills and knowledge.

Community

At Clarity Homecare we aim to engage fully with our local community offering support and solutions to those who are need our care services. Our aim is to work closely with all stakeholders that our care recipients may rely on to ensure they can live their life as fully as possible in the comfort of their own homes.
