Our History

Clarity Homecare was established in 2009 and during the last decade, we have developed systems and ways of working that have led to us rapidly becoming the provider of choice by Local Authorities, private service users and the NHS. With our main core value being “To look after every service users as if they were family”, we have been able to ensure we continuously deliver high quality care, have high levels of staff retention and UK wide growth, year after year. We continuously receive new client referrals due to the fact we employ 100’s of care staff who are passionate about providing the highest standards of care and support to individuals using our service.

The management team have over 20 years extensive experience in Social Care at senior level and our business model is robust and sustainable.

Key Mission

To provide Service Users with the best personal care and practical support within their own homes. we promote independence and self-motivation whilst adhering to the person-centred care plan agreed with each Service User. We also strive to provide reliable, fully trained and caring staff whether directly working with our service users or working within Nursing/Residential Homes as agency support workers.

Main Principles

We will work in conjunction with Service Users, their relatives and other agencies to understand the Service Users needs/requirements.

We will review the care plan at regular intervals ensuring any changing needs are met promptly.

We will offer a 24-hour service, which will respond to, or alert other people.

We will always obtain Service User consent before disclosing any confidential data.

We will promote equal opportunities and offer ongoing training and support ensuring our entire workforce are kept up to date with current legislation.

We will be sensitive to the cultural, religious and ethnic backgrounds of all staff and Service Users alike.

We will always support Service Users upon return from a stay in hospital, regardless of ailment or injury ensuring continuity of care staff.

We promote “Best Value” for all invested parties, staff, service users, Residential/Nursing Homes, Local Authorities and the NHS.

Clarity Homecare will do its upmost to support its staff, whilst working alongside other agencies to extend the time and quality of life, so that every Service User can remain in their own home for as long as they wish.
