About Us

Our History

At Clarity Homecare we have an ever growing network of offices throughout the UK. Each office delivers essential home care services on behalf of Local Authorities, the NHS and directly to privately funded Service Users.

Our management team have been working in care for over 25 years and we have developed leading edge policies and procedures to deliver large volumes of care across huge areas of the UK, safely, effectively and with quality care at their core.

Key Mission

To ensure that all service users are treated with respect, with their wishes being at the centre of the care plan. We use local care workers to support adults within the community, ensuring social interaction is at the heart of service delivery.

Clarity Homecare provides the best care possible in the individual’s own home enabling Service Users to keep their independence whilst ensuring they are safe and cared for all times. Individual care plans are always agreed with full input from the Service User, their family and other professional stakeholders.

All our staff are fully trained, caring and local to the community in which they serve.

Main Principles

We will work in conjunction with Service Users, their relatives and other agencies to understand the Service Users needs/requirements.

We will review the care plan at regular intervals ensuring any changing needs are met promptly.

We will offer a 24-hour service, which will respond to, or alert other people.

We will always obtain Service User consent before disclosing any confidential data.

We will promote equal opportunities and offer ongoing training and support ensuring our entire workforce are kept up to date with current legislation.

Religious, cultural and ethnic backgrounds of all staff and Service Users alike will be respected at all times.

Continuity of care worker and timeslot is afforded all service users returning from hospital regardless of ailment or injury.

‘Best Value’ is promoted at all times for staff, service users, Local Authorities and NHS

Staff are supported at all times to extend the time and quality of life of our service users enabling them to remain in their own home as long as they wish
