Personal Care Services provide support with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and taking medication.

Home Help and Housekeeping services include:

Every member of our care teams has been through a rigorous vetting procedure before they start working with us, including a DBS check. In addition, all staff will always be in uniform and carry a personalised identification card which shows their name, photograph and signature.

Our fully customisable care plans are regularly reviewed to ensure our services align with your current requirements. We will always do our best to accommodate any adjustments you wish to make to your care plan.

No, not exactly; End-of-life care is more intensely concentrated towards pain management and comfort. It is typically provided to individuals in the final stages of life. In contrast, Palliative Care can provide support at any stage of a life-threatening illness or injury.

Companionship Care focuses on social needs, whereas Personal Care provides support with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing and medication.

Live-in Care provides a comprehensive range of care services around the clock to ensure that recipients remain safe, comfortable and well-cared for as they continue to live independently in their own homes. It assists with Personal Care, Medication, Shopping, Meal Preparation, Housekeeping, Companionship, Social Outings, Pet Care, and more.

Live-in Care significantly enhances its recipients’ quality of life and overall well-being by providing a 24/7 service, fully customised to meet their requirements. When loved ones are not around, they can trust that their family member is well-cared for.

We assign each service user to a small, dedicated team. Whilst we cannot guarantee that you will always receive the same care assistant, you can be confident that you will receive continuity from the same close-knit team of Care Professionals. 

Our care professionals receive in-house City & Guilds Assured training before providing care to dementia patients. This specialised training aims to provide an understanding of dementia, its stages, effective support methods, how to recognise symptoms and cognitive changes, and how to improve communication techniques.

Palliative Care is required when a terminal illness or life-threatening condition has been diagnosed. It is provided to people who are living with conditions like Cancer, Parkinson’s, or Dementia, for example.
